Aria Apartments

A 4 Acre Town home society in Mesquite, Texas. The town-homes are all 2 bedroom 2 bath, where we looked into the by-laws, and are currently preparing the drawings for the city council. I was in charge of the masterplan, where a variety of articulations were made, and at the end chose the plan on the right as the best possible solution. The idea was to have clear vehicular circulation, as well as following the fire-safety rules. Amenities include a clubhouse, a pool, a dog park, and a BBQ area. We managed to produce 70 housing units, with 25% of green space, and a total of 75% of open space.
